The Villa and the Guesthouse

Villa Annette is situated in the village of Bargemon, in the Var (arriere pays) department, the rural area of the Provence-Cote d’Azur.  The village of Bargemon is famous for its historical centre and is beautifully situated on the hills of the Var. Bargemon is an ideal place to use as a basis for many activities. Bargemon is located east of the town of Draguignan. 20 minutes from the A8 motorway and just over an hour from Nice Airport. Nice Airport serves basically all countries and large airport in Europe.

On the property there are two buildings, a main building and a guest house.  The main building consists of a large living room, a fully equipped kitchen (newly built in 2010), two bathrooms (one with a bath, the other with a walk-in shower) and three bedrooms. All bedrooms give direct access to the sun-terrace and give fine views on the village. The Guesthouse (the ‘Annex’) is a completely renovated, air-conditioned, double bedroom, with a separate toilet and bathroom (renovated in 2010). 

 

Villa Annette can accommodate 6 individuals: 4 in the main building and 2 in the Guest house. Inside the main building, the kitchen is fully equipped and caters for 6 individuals. The living room has a 3 seat sofa, a sofa chair and a large dining table for 6 people. There is also satellite TV (Dutch, English, French and many other channels) and free WiFi available.
